Attorney General Derek Brown has released his public schedule for the week of December 1 to December 5, 2025. The schedule includes a series of meetings and events, some held virtually and others in person.
On Monday, December 1, Brown held virtual calls with the director of the Environment, Health, and Human Services Division at 11:00 am and with the Chief Deputy Attorney General at 1:00 pm.
Tuesday’s agenda was marked by participation in the Utah AI Summit. The summit was hosted by the Utah Department of Commerce, Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity, and the Nucleus Institute. In addition to attending the summit throughout the day, Brown met with new employees at several times during the morning and early afternoon at the Office of the Utah Attorney General. Later in the day, he met with constituent services staff at 3:00 pm, participated in a major case update virtually at 3:30 pm, and met with communications staff at 4:00 pm.
Wednesday included a monthly meeting with division directors at the Heber M. Wells Building at 10:00 am followed by a senior staff meeting there at noon.
On Thursday, December 4, Brown attended the OAG Annual Awards Luncheon in Salt Lake City at 11:00 am. Later that day, he met with U.S. Attorney for District of Utah Melissa Holyoak at 3:00 pm in his office.
Friday’s schedule included meetings with attorneys from the Office of the Attorney General in Taylorsville starting at 10:00 am.
